Services Offered:
We provide mobile car detailing and cleaning services. Services are scheduled by appointment and subject to availability.
Scheduling and Cancellations:
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to cancel in time may result in a cancellation fee.
Service Location:
Our team will arrive at your designated location at the agreed-upon time. We require access to the vehicle and permission to perform services on the premises.
SMS & Email Notifications:
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive messages related to service updates, confirmations, and follow-ups. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, and other forms disclosed prior to service.
Customer Responsibilities:
You agree to provide accurate information and ensure your vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time. Any special conditions (e.g., pet hair, biohazards, extreme stains) must be disclosed in advance.
Disclaimer of Warranties:
Services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed issues.
Limitation of Liability:
Victorious Mobile Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or delays beyond our control.
Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms of Service without notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
